The amount will be refunded to your pothysmart.com account to use as store credit. In case of credit card payments we can also credit the money back to your credit card. Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue.

We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and the value of the returned products will be replaced with fresh quality as per customer request if accepted, or refunded the amount in person or will do UPI transfer within 3 working days. If paid through Razorpay, the amount will be refunded to customer's bank account within 7 working days from the date of problem highlighted by customer.
Return Policy - Time Limits:
1. Perishable goods: Within 2 hours from the delivery time
2. Other goods : Within 24 hours from the delivery time.
